On TOM Steve Luke Paul Choosing Names From The Bible, Despite Being An Atheist

Documented: A blog troll who has gone by many names (4 that I am aware of) seems to have a habit of selecting names with a Bible connection. Despite being a self-proclaimed atheist. Before you write this off as a coincidence (because they are common names), see the "Luke" entry below.

Note: this troll may have also gone by the alias "Time" AKA "Jerry McCarthy", although this would be before he was TOM (and started using Bible names).

TOM & TOM. 09538055688006675704 & 02464117691722213136.

Thomas the Apostle. Called Didymus which means "the twin" or Mar Thoma in Syriac. Was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus Christ according to the New Testament.

Steve. 11597062711930899788.

Saint Stephen. Stéphanos, meaning "wreath, crown" and by extension "reward, honor", often given as a title rather than as a name), traditionally venerated as the Protomartyr or first martyr of Christianity, was according to the Acts of the Apostles a deacon in the early church at Jerusalem who aroused the enmity of members of various synagogues by his teachings.

Luke. 11597062711930899788.

The Gospel of Luke. TOM quotes Luke 23:46 in an Easter blog from 4/24/2011. This was the post that suggested to me that TOM/Luke was using names he got from the Bible, despite him saying he is an atheist (TOM and Luke don't believe in God).

Paul. 11597062711930899788.

Paul the Apostle. Commonly known as Saint Paul and also known by his native name Saul of Tarsus, was an apostle (though not one of the Twelve Apostles) who taught the gospel of the Christ to the first century world.
