The blogger Shaw Kenawe also confirmed this on 7/5/2016.
You will also note (if you follow any of the links) that Steve used (as his avatar) an image of a Border Collie. Steve/Luke's current avatar is the Norman Rockwell painting Freedom of Speech (the same avatar used by the blogger TAO).
