Although he later downgraded the remark to "sarcasm" (DJT: "So I said, the founder of ISIS. Obviously I'm being sarcastic... but not that sarcastic, to be honest with you"). This was after he stated, in response to a leading question by Right-wing radio pundit Hugh Hewitt, that NO, he meant BHO and HRC founded ISIS literally.
But the truth is that, according to how Hugh Hewitt interperted Trump's words gwb founded ISIS. Hewett said "that he (Obama) created the vacuum, he lost the peace". But there was no "peace". Not one that the weak and corrupt Iraqi government could keep, anyway. Iraq was destabilized after gwb decided to illegally invade it. THAT is what lead to the formation of ISIS, as has been noted in a number of tweets and articles.

Conservatives are comfortable with cognitive dissonance. They started blaming Obama for the recession before he even took office. You can probably remember Lisa posting about gas prices before and after Obama.
